What You'll Do.
Assisting the Baker with preparing and baking goods
Following approved recipes
and product directions
Restocking pastry shelves and maintaining supply
Ensuring the quality of baked goods and desserts
Supporting consistent food quality in accordance with client requirements
Complying with all food hygiene and Food Safety regulations
and sanitizing bakery equipment
Assisting with proper storage
and rotation of baked products
Supporting the Baker and culinary team with additional duties
