The Criminal Bureau is staffed by a group of experienced prosecutors who partner with intelligence analysts, financial investigators, Massachusetts State Police troopers assigned to the Attorney General’s Office, and local, state, and federal investigative and enforcement agencies to investigate and prosecute large-scale narcotics trafficking organizations and firearms investigations throughout the Commonwealth.      Primary Duties :  The Assistant Attorney General will handle a large caseload of primarily narcotics and firearms-related matters from investigation through sentencing. The work involves extensive collaboration with law enforcement, grand jury investigations throughout the Commonwealth, complex motion practice, and frequent appearances before the Commonwealth’s District and Superior Courts for motions, pleas, and trials. Responsibilities will also include, but are not limited to:     Leading investigations conducted with the assistance of Massachusetts State Police Troopers assigned to the Attorney General’s Office, as well as investigators from other local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies, such as the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration;    Reviewing all search warrants sought in connection with these investigations, which include, but are not limited to, GPS tracking, “ping” and cell-site simulator, cell-site location information (CSLI),
