Must Have

1+ years of providing administrative support in a fast-paced environment, Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, Deep understanding of the importance of maintaining a high level of discretion and confidentiality, follow-through and attention to detail, Excellent Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook skills, Service oriented with a desire to pitch in to help team members, Excellent judgment with respect to representing CAA to buyers, business world, etc.

Nice to Have

preferably within the music booking experience is a plus, Interest in the urban music scene is a plus

What You'll Do.

Provide direct administrative support

heavy scheduling/calendar maintenance

prepare expense reports

Anticipate agents’ proactively provide support

Process incoming issue

and track obtain current ticket counts

accurately update clear obtain avails and holds

update settle shows in CAA’s system

Serve as point of contact for clients

Maintain working knowledge of the music industry

Team & Collaboration

Serve as point of contact for agents/executives; pitch in to help team members

Communication Scope

Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
