It unites us, inspires us, and challenges us to be better every day, driven by our agile, performance-focused culture. 1）严格按照公司质量政策、GMP要求、SOP规定和已批准测试方法进行操作。 2）熟悉现有产品的检验方法，并负责新产品方法的初次检验的实施和指导。熟悉高级仪器的使用，并能解决复杂的技术问题 。 3）实施分析方法确认/验证(项目相关、方法改进、药典国标升版、TS引起、其它)，起草方法确认/验证方案和报告，并负责方法验证、产品注册方面的文件管理。 4）协助主管培训新分析师并使之操作符合规范的要求。监督和指导分析师的日常操作。 5）熟悉每种试剂的MSDS，严格按照EHS的要求处理和使用试剂。 6）对实验中出现的偏差及时报告主管或经理，并协助主管或经理进行LIR调查。 7）注册资料准备和复核（质量标准、编制说明、方法学研究、稳定性数据与图谱、相关COA）。 8）完成包干区的5S工作。根据需要完成实验室分配的其它工作。 9）日常操作规范符合工厂EHS要求。 10) 按照SOP要求操作和储存特殊药品，做好台账记录，确保特殊药品的安全管理符合要求。 任职要求 1、化学或药学相关专业，大专以上学历，能熟练阅读英文药典，可以运用office软件，3年以上维生素检测，参与方法验证经验优先 2、熟悉制药行业GMP专业知识（包括DI），国家药品/食品法规及相关指导原则，EHS法规等，熟练操作HPLC或ICP等分析仪器，精通分析仪器和故障排除，熟练掌握仪器维护和验证，非常熟悉方法验证，独立完成验证方案&报告以及验证实验，熟悉方法转移；有OE/5S知识。 3、精通理化检测及各种分析仪器的操作和检测工作，能独立解决复杂检测问题，进行难度较高的仪器故障排除，解决方法验证/转移中出现的问题，指导初级分析师。 4、沟通能力：具备良好的沟通、表达能力； 5、能发现岗位操作中持续改进的机会点并完成复杂的改进项目，熟练使用各种OE工具。 6、团队合作：对部门/小组的人员和各职位的工作内容有清晰的认识，能很好的和同一组的同事协同工作，具备团队意识及相互帮助的精神。 **Job Posting End Date** 2026-06-21 ## **Equal Opportunities** Haleon are committed to mobilising our purpose in a way that represents the diverse consumers and communities who rely on our brands every day.
