Must Have
Degree holder, Partly professionally qualified, Working towards a qualification (in fund administration or accounting), Practical knowledge and understanding of property, private equity and alternative fund administration, 6 month to 1 year of experience in similar field, Sound technical accounting knowledge
Nice to Have
ICSA Level 1, ACCA Level 2, Professional qualification related to the Global or financial sector, Studying towards a professional qualification
What You'll Do.
Manage day to day operation and servicing of clients
Administer structures
Calculate and pay fees and expenses
Arrange approval and payment of invoices
Ensure cash is held appropriately
Arrange timely transfer of funds
Assist in foreign exchange deals
Calculate cash position
Reconcile bank accounts
Ensure entities operate within Investment Guidelines
Meet regulatory and statutory reporting requirements
Maintain investor data and registers
Assist in maintaining loan schedules
Open and maintain clients bank accounts
Ensure statutory filings are lodged
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work closely with accounting team; Interact with Fund Accountants; Interact with Directors; Liaise with Corporate Secretarial team; Interact with colleagues at all levels

Communicate accurately, clearly and on a timely basis; Excellent presentational, written and verbal communication skills
