In this role, you’ll help deliver accurate, timely financial reporting that enables informed decision making across the business. Working closely with the broader finance team, you’ll be responsible for maintaining high-quality financial data and contributing to the smooth running of core finance processes. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with numbers, values precision, and is keen to build their career in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. ## Day to day you will Support the preparation and completion of high-quality monthly and annual financial reporting Ensure all preparation work underlying the financial and management accounting function is done accurately and on time, including monthly journals and general ledger analysis. Assist with cashflow forecasting by gathering and maintaining relevant financial data in conjunction with the Financial Accountant. Maintain tax compliance by preparing and filing GST and FBT returns accurately and on time. Provide data and administrative support for the Firm’s budgeting process from a financial and management reporting perspective. Complete balance sheet reconciliations in line with agreed standards, identifying and escalating discrepancies to support the accuracy and reliability of financial data. ## About you At least 2-3 years experience and a solid understanding of financial and management accounting (journals, general ledger, reconciliations) Ability to support monthly and ann
