What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3 years of experience in a similar role such as Finance Assistant, Accounts Administrator, or Accounts Clerk, Currently studying towards or holding a recognised finance qualification (e. g. AAT, ACCA), Intermediate Excel skills
What You'll Do.
Assist the Management Accountant with month-end close tasks and preparation of monthly management accounts
Support cash management activities and maintain oversight of cash positions
Manage and maintain the fixed asset register
Perform bank reconciliations on a regular basis
Prepare and submit VAT returns
Handle intercompany recharges and ensure intercompany entities remain in balance
Support external reporting requirements for the UK and German entity
Collaborate with Shared Service Centre teams in Poland to resolve complex finance queries
Provide general finance administration support in the UK
