Titan Security is currently hiring an Assistant Account Manager to work at a location in Burns Harbor, Indiana. Responsibilities of the Assistant Security Manager include but are no limited to: Oversee security gates, dock officers, patrol officers, and special details. Develop curriculum, run training/drills, and maintain audit-ready documentation. Fill in for the Site Manager (in their absence) or open Shift Security Captain positions. Trained to cover any position under their supervision. Provide detailed information on vehicle inspections Document departmental pre-operational vehicle checks Provide both departmental vehicle inventories and general departmental inventories. Review traffic enforcement, specifically including a summary of written tickets. Provide a summary of patrol activities. Conduct and report on an audit of building inspections. Provide a summary of active security systems and any equipment impairments. Outline a summary of safety concerns. Document a summary of training activities alongside a drill summary. Report a summary of gate paperwork discrepancies. Provide a summary of generated Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications/Benefits: Educa
