This includes preparing client facing materials, all day-to-day servicing of client needs, as well as supporting new business opportunities. **How You Will Contribute:** * Establish, cultivate, and manage strong relationships with clients, including key decision-makers and technical representatives, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction. Additionally, build and maintain professional connections with carrier partners and internal teams to facilitate smooth operations. * Work closely with Account Executives to coordinate and oversee the renewal process for health and life insurance coverages. Assist in evaluating and recommending the most suitable insurance solutions, alternative strategies, and cost-reduction opportunities based on client needs. * Ensure all renewal, sales, and operational compliance requirements are properly documented in the agency management system. Maintain accuracy and adherence to internal policies, regulatory guidelines, and audit requirements to support smooth business operations. * Provide direct support to clients by understanding their unique needs and addressing any concerns or questions. Develop tailored service plans for each client to enhance satisfaction and ensure a seamless experience. * Prepare presentations and materials for client meetings, covering topics such as benefits legislation, regulatory requirements, compliance updates, and relevant new product information based on the client’s market size and industry. * Manage and resolve client issues, including escalated emplo
