Review documents to ensure conformity to state-specific requirements
Communicate with preferred vendors
and other third parties
Follow-up with preferred vendors
and other third parties for receipt of recorded images
Notate systems upon recordation

If you want to make a difference, then Selene is the place for you! **Position Summary** : The Assignment Specialist position is responsible for oversight of the execution and recordation of assignment of mortgage documents on behalf of the Company. Ensures all required processes and procedures are followed, Selene’s system of record is notated and documentation is accurately and timely imaged **Essential Duties and Responsibilities** : To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily with the ability to prioritize and maintain a large volume of multi-faceted work. Also required is the ability to be flexible and adapt to a fast-paced and changing business environment. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. * Prepares assignment of mortgage documents for quality control review and execution * Provides quality assurance reviews on assignments of mortgage for loans throughout the Company in various stages such as delinquency, active in foreclosure, bankruptcy, or loans that are pending transfer/sale * Reviews documents to ensure they conform to state-specific requirements as well as document- specific check lists * Communicates with preferred vendors, law firms, and other third parties regarding any needed document revisions prior to execution * Follows-up with preferred vendors, law firms, and other third pa
