### **Job Description** ## Overview ## Lead the oversight, performance management, and lifecycle optimization of AFC systems across the bus/transport network, ensuring revenue protection and seamless integration within the ITS ecosystem. ## Your role ## * Oversee end-to-end AFC systems including validators, onboard devices, POS, and back-office clearing systems. * Monitor contractor performance against KPIs, SLAs, and revenue assurance requirements. * Ensure system availability, transaction accuracy, and fraud prevention controls. * Review and approve preventive and corrective maintenance strategies. * Manage system upgrades, obsolescence planning, and technology enhancements. * Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, data protection, and regulatory frameworks. * Coordinate integration with AVM, OCC/TCC, and mobility platforms. * Lead audits, inspections, and major incident resolution. ## About you ## * Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics/IT/Systems Engineering. * Minimum 10+ years’ experience in AFC/ticketing systems in metro, rail, or bus networks. * Strong expertise in EMV/NFC, clearing systems, validators, and fare policies. * Experience in large-scale ITS and transport O&M projects. * Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and data governance. * PMP, ITIL, or equivalent certification preferred. ## Rewards & benefits ## Explore the rewards and benefits that help you thrive – at every stage of your life and your career.
