Experience in Voluntary Corporate Actions in a broker dealer environment is ideal
What You'll Do.
Lead voluntary corporate actions lifecycle management
Process client elections and instructions
Conduct risk analysis for voluntary corporate actions
Perform daily reconciliations of positions
Investigate and resolve variances and mismatches
Drive continuous process enhancements
Identify efficiency savings
Conduct root cause analysis on exceptions
Propose and implement sustainable solutions
Participate in projects for process improvement
