Must Have

Degree in Economics, Finance, Civil Engineering, or Real Estate, At least 4 years of experience in real estate sales, tender procedures, or related project management, Strong understanding of the real estate market and investment processes, Strong business acumen and problem-solving/analysis skills, Excellent MS Office knowledge, Familiarity with e-auction tools, Excellent English language skills, Negotiation and effective communication skills, Ability to collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders, Ability to manage complex and demanding projects

Identify and evaluate properties for sale

Develop sales strategy and prioritize utilization actions

Monitor real estate market trends

Coordinate legal and technical teams for sales files

Coordinate tender and e-auction processes

Communicate with investors and stakeholders

Monitor sales process progress and budgets

Ensure compliance with legal framework and transparency
