Lead inventory count program
Execute inventory count program

Oversee inventory control programs
Implement shrink deterrence programs
Oversee Inventory Control Driver
Ensure accuracy of damage returns
Ensure accuracy of vendor returns
Ensure accuracy of transfers
Validate merchandise processing
Develop asset protection teams
Develop inventory control teams
Evaluate team member performance
Motivate team members
Manage team member performance
Complete weekly shrink report review
Annotate monthly shrink report
Investigate shrink variances
Resolve shrink variances
Plan cycle inventory preparation
Execute cycle inventory preparation
Execute merchandise protection standards
Investigate internal theft
Investigate external theft
Investigate fraud cases
Investigate organized retail crime
Communicate investigation results
Provide investigation updates
Conduct weekly CCTV review
Complete weekly data entry
Complete monthly shrink report review
Investigate monthly variances
Annotate monthly findings
Manage losses from exception reporting
Resolve losses from exception reporting
