Job Description **Welkom bij Organon** De locatie Moleneind in Oss houdt zich bezig met productie, verpakking en distributie van geneesmiddelen. Naast tabletten en injectievloeistoffen worden hier ook speciale producten gemaakt op basis van polymeertechnologie. Op het gebied van milieu, veiligheid en gezondheid ligt de lat hoog. Binnen Organon Oss zijn we op zoek naar een: **Asset Manager** **De afdeling** Binnen Organon Oss is de IPT (Integrated Process Team) Solids Packaging verantwoordelijk voor het verpakken van een breed pakket Solids producten. IPT Solids Packaging is een zelfstandige business unit die bestaat uit ongeveer 170 werknemers. De unit bestaat uit packaging operations, maintenance & reliability, process automation, planning & scheduling, quality & HSE compliance, technical support voor de productie-afdeling en key strategische investeringsprojecten. Rapporterend aan de Reliability manager, ben je samen met je collega Asset Managers in **dagdienst** verantwoordelijk voor de gekwalificeerde staat van onze productiesystemen.
