Must Have
Bachelor's degree required, At least 5 years of professional experience, Experience creating and managing budgets, Experience performing financial modeling, Experience with standard financial metrics and analyses, Experience writing, negotiating, and managing contracts, Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, and Word, Eligible to work in the United States without the need for employer visa sponsorship now or in the future
Nice to Have
At least 5 years as a commercial asset manager of an operating portfolio of utility-scale wind, solar, or energy storage assets in the United States, Demonstrated track record of taking prompt action to identify and execute on opportunities, resolve issues, and mitigate risks, Experience managing at least one direct report, Master’s Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or Engineering, or another quantitative discipline
What You'll Do.
Assist in developing annual budgets
Perform periodic variance analyses
Provide input on pro-forma financial models
Review pro-forma financial models
Author reports on project performance
Assist in cash flow forecasting
Assist in cash flow management
Perform financial analyses of aftermarket improvements
Develop ad-hoc analyses
Evaluate operational performance
Improve operational performance
Coordinate with project O&M staff
Participate in contract development
Solicit quotes from vendors
Participate in final contract negotiation
Track pre-operations milestones
Track pre-operations deliverables
Manage pre-operations deliverables
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Ensure compliance with project agreements
Lead dispute negotiations
Provide execution oversight
Negotiate contractual agreements with vendors
Negotiate contractual agreements with service providers
Seek opportunities to increase asset value
