Coordinate lender inspections
Track sustainability and ESG initiatives
Perform sensitivity and scenario analyses for asset decisions
Provide timely performance reports to stakeholders
Prepare presentations for leadership and partners
Maintain compliance documentation and operational records

Full Job Description
**Make an Impact** Join a dynamic, collaborative team managing a national portfolio of institutional-grade multifamily assets. As an Asset Manager, you’ll lead property-level performance, execute strategic business plans, and contribute to investment decisions from acquisition through disposition. You’ll also support underwriting and capital allocation across the platform.
