Monitor portfolio performance through detailed reviews of delinquency reports
and other vital sources
Analyze trends at the individual property level or across the global portfolio
Conduct thorough assessments of loan-level risk by analyzing operating statements
and servicer property inspections
Contribute to the development of comprehensive reports related to property performance
Scrutinize monthly statements to ensure guarantor payments are accurate
Engage in special projects
