The Store Operations Department is currently looking for an Asset Management Coordinator to monitor our NAPA Corporate Stores. The territory will include South Eastern Ontario. Salary Range: $58,900 – $73,600 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Your main responsibilities will be the following: * Evaluate each NAPA Corporate Store under your responsibility at least four times annually. * Oversee store operations, including proper returns handling and cash controls, supporting procedure implementation. * Provide guidance on inventory standards and maintenance; assist with physical inventories as needed, performing sample counts before and after. * Assess store compliance with Asset Management Programs, retraining employees and coaching new Store Managers. * Address Health & Safety concerns and investigate suspected fraud or theft. * Collaborate with Regional Management to ensure procedural compliance and resolve inventory discrepancies. ## Qu
