What They're Looking For.

Must Have

5-7 years – Experience in Bottling or similar manufacturing environment, 3-5 years – Experience in Position, 2-4 years – Supervising employees, Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and other related fields or equivalent experience

Nice to Have

7 years+ – Experience as Engineer in Bottling or similar manufacturing environment, 5 years+ – Experience working in a Niagara facility in a technical position, 5 years+ – Supervising employees, Master's Degree in Engineering, Knowledge of AutoCAD

What You'll Do.

Provide strategic leadership over asset lifecycle

Ensure assets are verified

Serve as subject-matter leader for equipment standards

Govern asset master data standards

Lead digital transformation of asset registry

Set governance for asset verification

Drive continuous improvement initiatives

Lead director-level reporting

Translate verified asset data into insights

Lead and develop teams

Establish clear roles and training expectations

Ensure consistent execution of verification processes

Drive accountability through performance metrics

Foster collaboration between field teams

Own QR/RFID asset master data

Ensure equipment record is verified

Lead physical equipment audits

Confirm asset existence and configuration

Partner with IT to configure systems

Ensure equipment data supports downstream processes

Continuously improve asset visibility
