The role We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Asset Lead to oversee the creation, quality, and delivery of high-end CG assets for VFX productions. This role requires a strong artistic eye, technical expertise, and leadership capability across Modeling, Texturing, and Look Development workflows. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading asset artists, maintaining visual and technical standards, supporting production needs, and ensuring assets are delivered efficiently within the studio pipeline. Key skills * Proven experience as an Asset Lead in a VFX production environment, with 6+ years overseeing the creation of hero assets, environments, and props across Modeling, Texturing, Surfacing, and Look Development. * Strong proficiency in industry-standar
