What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Degree or equivalent, Expertise in configuration management principles, Proven experience delivering complex projects, Deep knowledge of asset management frameworks, Hands-on experience with AVEVA AIM, Hands-on experience with Esri ArcGIS Enterprise, Stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have
Institute of Asset Management Certificate/Diploma, BSI BIM Asset Information Professional, Experience within Sellafield or similar nuclear environments, Knowledge of digital engineering, Knowledge of information management (BIM & ISO19650), Knowledge of asset lifecycle integration, Familiarity with systems integration patterns, Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks, Experience with data governance, Experience with master data management, Experience with information standards, Exposure to modern digital project delivery practices, Experience supporting operational readiness, Experience supporting testing, Experience supporting transition to service, Understanding of GIS systems, Understanding of spatial data management, Development of requirements strategies, Development of testing strategies, Non-Functional Testing experience, User Acceptance Testing experience, Experience influencing senior stakeholders, Continuous improvement mindset, Adaptability in complex environments
