Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)., Perform routine site walkdowns across a large, multi-building campus environment., Obtain a security access badge., Primarily office-based, required weekly to walk facility and conduct inspections., Sit, type, and engage in normal office activities for extended periods., Repetitive wrist movement., Walk extensively throughout facilities during a workday., Climb extension ladders, roof ladder, stepladders, and stairs as needed., Bend/stoop, squat, kneel, reach/stretch, and move in a 90- degree fashion., Read and understand information contained in a variety of documents or displayed on a computer screen., Operate a computer keyboard to access databases, to send/receive messages and to prepare documents., Attend meetings throughout the site and potentially travel to other Amentum, customer and/or vendor locations in the area., Move light to medium weight materials into desks, filing cabinets and other storage locations., Wear steel toe safety shoes, safety glasses, gloves, hard hats, and other Personal Protective Equipment as needed in Project areas., Cope with demands (stressors) that are associated with the job and/or the work environment., Willing to work overtime when required., May be required to work holidays and weekends.

**Amentum** is seeking an **Asset Coordinator** to support **Operations & Maintenance** activities. This role is responsible for planning, prioritizing, and coordinating maintenance to ensure safe, compliant, and reliable operation of site equipment. The position directly supports operational uptime, safety compliance, efficient execution of maintenance, and accurate documentation across campus facilities. The Coordinator will assess, schedule, and coordinate maintenance for hoists, MEWPs (Mobile Elevating Work Platforms), forklifts, elevators, and related equipment to ensure safe, compliant, and reliable operation, and ensure all work orders, inspections, and maintenance records are completed accurately and on time. ** _Key Responsibilities_** * Ensure safety, quality, and compliance standards are met for all asset maintenance activities, overseeing subcontractor execution and performance * Perform site inspections of hoists, MEWPs, forklifts, elevators, and related equipment to assess condition, safety, and readiness * Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance with appropriate subcontractors to meet safety, mechanical, and operational requirements * Oversee elevator and vertical transportation systems across campus facilities, including routine preventive and corrective maintenance, annual state inspections, and execution of complex repairs and capital projects through subcontractor coordination * Evaluate maintenance requests, set priorities, and assign work to internal teams or external vendors * Build and maintain a network of qualified and certified vendors for lifting and material handling equipment * Monitor vendor performance to ensure schedule adherence, safety compliance, and quality of work * Review bids, proposals, and scope of work for technical accuracy and cost effectiveness * Support pricing evaluations for materials, rentals, and service contracts * Ensure all work orders, inspections, certifications, and documentation are completed accurate
