Must Have
5–7 years of relevant experience in sell-side research, asset management, macro strategy, or related roles, Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, Economics, Engineering or a quantitative discipline., Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish, demonstrable understanding of macroeconomics and global financial markets, Advanced analytical and quantitative proficiency in Excel., interest in global macro strategy and cross-asset investing.
Nice to Have
Proven track record in asset allocation, macro research, or cross-asset strategy, Experience interacting with clients and supporting commercial activities, Progress toward CFA or similar certification, Experience with Python or similar tools, Experience with data visualization tools (e. g. , Power BI, Tableau)

Lead and contribute to the formulation of cross-asset allocation views (equities
Conduct in-depth macroeconomic and market analysis to identify investment trends
and relative value opportunities
Produce high-quality research reports
and thematic publications for clients
Take ownership of asset allocation frameworks
Engage with institutional and retail clients through presentations
supporting the distribution of research and investment ideas
Collaborate closely with Sales and Trading teams to translate research into actionable strategies and client solutions
