Knowledge and understanding of IRS Regulations for retirement accounts & qualified plans, written and verbal communication skills, Proficiency with Microsoft Office, organizational, ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively, Ability to identify process improvements and efficiencies, problem-solving skills, Ability to work under pressure, self-motivated and resourceful, Must be able to sit and/or stand in an office or remote setting for long periods of time while working
What You'll Do.
Review and update client account information including
monthly valuation data
and assets in receivership
Identify and assess client’s submissions to achieve compliant results
valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools in accordance with company procedures
Maintain records of client submissions
process client requests
Follow communication procedures
guidelines and departmental policies and procedures
Other duties as assigned to support the overall success of the team and organization
