This is a hands-on, precision role working on high-spec aerospace products. You’ll be responsible for carrying out detailed assembly and testing operations, working to tight tolerances and strict quality standards. Your day-to-day will include cleaning components ready for assembly, building and testing products, fault finding and diagnosing issues, disassembling units for rework, and carrying out processes such as flow matching, wire locking, labelling, and finishing. You’ll be working in a clean, modern, well-organised environment with the right tools and support to do the job properly. The team is experienced, straightforward, and takes real pride in what they produce. We have Afternoons or a Night shift available (These roles provide a shift allowance in addition to base salary). **Key Skills & Experience** * Previous experience in a similar production/assembly role (aerospace or comparable high-spec industry preferred) * Experience in medical device assembly or other highly regulated, fine-detail environments would be highly advantageous * Strong hands-on ability with hand tools, gauges, and measuring equipment * Experience working to approved documentation and accurately recording data * High attentio
