This role oversees a team of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic assemblers and service technicians, with a strong focus on efficiency, safety, quality, and continuous improvement. The position also leads machine testing and Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) with customers to validate machine performance, safety, and functionality. **Essential Functions** * Lead the Assembly team in building BW Converting machines to maximize efficiency, equipment value, cross-training, and employee development. * Lead the Test team in machine power-up, system verification, and execution of Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) with customers. * Organize, staff, and oversee temporary labor to support packaging machine backlog, including purchase requisitions, safety training, timekeeping, and invoice verification. * Direct Ass
