Reads work orders, follows production drawings and sample assemblies.”

Eligibility Requirements

stand or sit for long durations, perform repetitious work at times, lift or move objects up to 20 pounds, grasp, manipulate, or assemble parts and components that are often very small, noise level in the work environment is usually moderate, however, it may be noisy at times, wear appropriate clothing and personal protective equipment such as but not limited to masks, glasses, gloves, and specialty garments, safe handling and processing of chemicals like adhesives, lubricants and solvents, safe operation of job-related equipment and tools, Follow clean room protocol

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Minimum 3-7 years’ experience in semiconductor fabrication/ assembly/ packaging or other manufacturing/ technical environment., High school degree or equivalent (e. g. , GED), Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Excellent communication and interpersonal skills., Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision in a collaborative, team environment and comply with high quality standards., Must work well in problem solving situations, demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness, complete tasks correctly and on time., attention to detail, Ability to shift from one task to another to address changing production priorities., Understanding of ESD and best practice in a production environment, Follow clean room protocol

What You'll Do.

assembles/ fabricates semiconductor devices and packages

electronic components

opto-mechanical subassemblies

follows production drawings and sample assemblies.

Positions and aligns parts in specified relationship to each other.

Assembles components and devices from multiple elements

Performs intermediate to advanced assembly tasks

Performs failure analysis and works with engineering staff to remedy problems and improve processes.

Tends machines used in the assembly and testing of components and devices.

Adjusts or trims materials from components to achieve specified electrical or dimensional characteristics.

Performs online go-no-go testing and inspection to ensure parts and assemblies meet production specifications and standards.

Maintains throughput as directed by the supervisor

Communicates production issues to the supervisor

Cross-train on various functions to provide flexibility and support across production operations.

Able to work independently with little supervision while maintaining high quality output.

Assists in training Assembly Technicians the skills required for production operations.

Meeting company standards pertaining to quantity and quality of work performed on an ongoing basis

performing all work-related tasks in a manner that is in compliance with all Company policies and procedures.

Adhering to Company policies

and directives regarding standards of workplace behavior in completing job duties and assignments.
