The Mission Critical Group team in Brookston, Indiana specializes in designing and building custom electrical switchgear and controls for a variety of applications. We engineer, build, and deploy specialized switchgear and control systems for the power generation industry. We are agile, fast-paced, and our goal is to provide our customers with clever, cost-effective products and solutions. Under the direct supervision of the Shop Manager, the Assembly Technician performs wiring, assembly, and installation work on assigned switchgear at a basic level. The Assembly Technician will follow specific schedules and procedures including safety protocol, installation processes, and other instructions. Job Responsibilities * Proper utilization of all common, electrical, and carpentry shop tools * Assembly of electrical sheet metal enclosures * Computer literacy * Perform general housekeeping duties as necessary or other assigned duties ## Qualifications * High School Diploma or GED equivalent OR relevant experience * At least 1 year of experience/familiarity with working in the electrical, mechanical, or assembly industry is required * Work well in a team environment.
