This role focuses on driving efficiency, ensuring safety, and promoting continuous improvement in all assembly processes. **Essential Functions** * Lead and develop assembly team members to maximize efficiency, equipment value, cross-training, and employee growth. * Foster a culture of continuous improvement by leveraging available tools and resources to reduce machine downtime and improve processes. * Oversee adherence to standard work processes and identify ongoing training needs. * Support planning and evaluation of future assembly equipment investments. * Partner with the Quality team to address non-conformances, ensuring effective containment, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective actions. * Ensure readiness for rapid response to meet customer needs and
