What They're Looking For.
Must Have
7+ years of experience in assembly or manufacturing in a precision environment, 3–5+ years of experience leading technicians or production teams, Experience working in a cleanroom or controlled environment required, understanding of precision assembly processes and quality requirements, attention to detail and care in handling sensitive optical components, Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions, Proficiency in precision optical inspection and measurement techniques, Working knowledge of cleanroom practices and contamination control, problem-solving skills in a production environment, Ability to lead, prioritize work, and hold team members accountable, Ability to manage multiple priorities and make decisions in a fast-paced environment, Effective communication skills across technicians and cross-functional teams, Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation
Nice to Have
Associate or bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, engineering, optics, or a related field, Experience with optical assembly, handling, inspection, and measurement preferred, Experience supporting process improvements and shop floor execution, Experience supporting new product introduction (NPI) or production readiness preferred
