**Date Posted:** 2026-06-01 **Country:** United States of America **Location:** US-AZ-PHOENIX-1007 ~ 1007 E University Dr ~ 1007 E UNIVERSITY DR **Position Role Type:** Onsite **U.S. Citizen, U.S. Person, or Immigration Status Requirements: ** U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract. **Security Clearance Type:** None/Not Required **Security Clearance Status:** Not Required External candidates will receive a sign-on bonus of $3,000 Joining Collins Aerospace isn’t just about finding a job; it’s about embarking on a journey to redefine the future of aerospace technology. **What You Will Do** * Assemble and repair a variety of electronic units using prescribed repair techniques. * Identify correct parts, components, wires, and materials needed for assembly and repair. * Solder electronic components using industry-standard techniques and tools. * Remove suspect and failed components and install new components accurately. * Operate assembly machines and ensure proper functioning. * Measure, mix, and apply chemicals and adhesives according to safety and operational guidelines. * Read and interpret technical data including component maintenance manuals, assembly instructions, and engineering prints. * Communicate work status to team members and support staff, ensuring seamless workflow. * Document clear and concisely and maintain accurate records. * Utilize computer skills and office software applications. * **2nd Shift:** Monday – Friday, 3:30 - 12:00 am * **Training could take place on 1st Shift or 2nd Shift depending on need: if 1st Shift, Monday to Friday, 6am to 2:30pm for up to 60 days** **Work Environment** * You may occasionally need to provide weekend and holiday support to meet customer needs. * In your role, you will be exposed to: * Products of various weights and sizes * Equipment with moving parts * Chemicals that may emit fumes * To minimize safety risk to you and product, you must w
