What You'll Do.
ensuring the production flow in assigned work areas and processes
Performs initial troubleshooting identification and resolution
materials coordination
Conducts start-up meetings which include leading stretches
conducting safety talks
issuing daily work assignments
and providing SQDCC updates during Gemba review
Maintains accurate hour by hour charts and updates MDI board daily at end of shift
Properly escalates equipment failure
Material issues to appropriate personnel
Operates as variety of equipment applicable within the assigned work area and backfills roles to maintain flow (i. e. CRTs
Coordinates employee training to ensure all quality and customer requirements are met
Perform other duties as assigned
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
works closely with Production Management, Engineering, Human Resources, Purchasing, Quality, Machine Shop, R&D, Engineering, and the Warehouse Departments; Provides support to the Production Supervisor; Works with key stakeholders (i. e. VSM, Production Supervisor, Manufacturing Engineer, Quality, EH&S, etc.) on improving internal procedures, documentation, and training through deployment of the lean methodology using RCCM documentation process

We have an opportunity for an **Assembly Operator Lead** to join our **White Bear Lake, MN** team. You will be responsible for ensuring the production flow in assigned work areas and processes. Performs initial troubleshooting identification and resolution. Responsible for coaching, on-the-job training, equipment escalation, materials coordination, line communication, work assignments, 5S audits, and safety inspections.
