# **Job Description:** ### **Assembly Operator – Conroe, Texas** At Pentair, you will work alongside passionate problem-solvers who are committed to the future of our planet. We have an opportunity for an **Assembly Operator** to join our **Conroe, Texas** team. You will be responsible for producing custom components and assembly according to blueprints, adhering to a production schedule, ensuring that all parts are properly fitted, aligned and secured and ensuring that safety standards are always met. **You will:** * Assemble all components per bill of material, work instructions, and company process following procedures for product assembly/fabrication, equipment operation, and safety requirements as documented in the company’s quality system. * Test products, equipment, and materials per the production department and company’s quality system procedures. * Work alongside team members while striving for the daily production goals. * Understand quality procedures and where they are located. * Follow all safety rules and guidelines. * Understand, follow, and actively participate in lean initiatives (hr x hr documenting, line standard work, MDI, 5s). * Show interest in line improvement, identify concerns, and actively give suggestions. * Inspect finished products and properly package for quality and adherence to customer specifications. **Key Qualifications:** * Must be able to stand and work 10 hours a day. * Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. * Be able to set up and operate basic, manual metal fabrication machines. * Be able to utilize calibrated precision measuring inst
