This position is essential in helping us deliver high-quality new tank cleaning equipment and repair services. You’ll learn and grow as part of a collaborative team while contributing to both new product assembly and repair operations. **As part of the team, you will:** * Disassemble and clean incoming equipment for repairs. * Inspect and replace worn parts as needed. * Document repair work and complete required reports. * Assemble and test new tank cleaning machines according to product standards. * Conduct performance tests on repaired and new units. * Package and prepare equipment and spare parts for shipping. * Assist with inventory by picking and stocking parts. * Follow production work orders and meet productivity targets. * Maintain a clean and organized shop environment, including routine cleaning tasks. **What you know:** You have a High School Diploma or equivalency, and: * Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn. Previous experience requiring a mechanical skillset, such as small engine repair or assembly is highly preferred. * Knowledge and experience with hand tools (ex: ratchets, socket wrenches, screw drivers etc.). * Forklift experience is a plus. * Basic computer skills for completing rep
