Starting Hourly Base Rate : $15.50/hour with the opportunity to make production bonuses through piece rate incentives! Profit Sharing Bonuses: Eligible after 6 months and a full quarter of employment distributed every quarter! Referral Bonuses: We offer referral bonuses for both the employee and referring candidate! Job Description Title: Assembly Machine Operator Reports to : Production Supervisor Shift: 3rd Shift Job Purpose : Ultimately responsible for operating hand operated metal stamping presses and other duties required in the Assembly department. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities : * Operate press for assembly operations * Reviews job traveler and part drawings to accurately produce parts * Makes all required quality checks during production to ensure parts are produced to required dimensions and conform to all specifications. * Completes all job related paperwork and production reporting to accurately record part quantity and scrap * Operate material handling equipment including pallet jacks to move raw material and parts as needed * Maintain
