What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High school diploma or equivalent, Hands-on experience assembling industrial or mechanical equipment in a manufacturing or operations environment, Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical instructions, Skill using hand tools, air-driven tools, and electrical tools common to equipment assembly, Ability to safely operate a forklift and pallet jack, or willingness to complete required training, Comfort performing basic mathematical calculations for measurements, counts, and skid sizing, Attention to detail, Accountability for quality and safety, Ability to prioritize work in a production environment, Willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute to continuous improvement, Working effectively with others
What You'll Do.
Assemble equipment by interpreting blueprints
Complete installation and finishing work
Test assembled equipment and address issues
Package finished products by securing
Prepare packing lists and maintain shipping logs
Build skids and crates
Load packaged equipment
Coordinate with carriers and customers
