Must Have
Two or more years of experience as a shop Lead or equivalent manufacturing experience required, Ability to read, write and communicate in English required, Ability to read industrial specific drawings and specifications required, Experience working in a safe ISO 9001 certified environment required, Two or more years of experience in UL and NEC codes required, US work authorization without sponsorship required, Ability to pass physical, drug, driving, and background check required, Ability to physically push, pull, and lift 50lbs or more required, Ability to sit, stand, and walk for four plus hours at a time required, Alignment with company core values required
Nice to Have
Two plus years of experience in the electrical industry preferred, Three or more years of experience in UL and NEC codes preferred, Experience working in ISO 9001 certified environment preferred

The primary responsibility of the Assembly Lead is to ensure the assigned work is completed in a timely manner; this includes assigning and explaining daily tasks to associates; monitoring work progress and compliance with policies and procedures; training and assisting associates.
