What You'll Do.

This expertise assures you of our ability to handle the largest and most complex packages quickly and efficiently. ** Job Summary: ** The **Assembly Lead** position involves leading one or more teams in the execution of the production/manufacturing processes. The primary responsibility of the Assembly Lead is to ensure the assigned work is completed in a timely manner; this includes assigning and explaining daily tasks to associates; monitoring work progress and compliance with policies and procedures; training and assisting associates.
