Through our robust product engineering, outstanding tooling capabilities and diverse process expertise, we continue to bring lightweight and innovative products to market. **Job Responsibilities:** **_任职资格_**** _要求_** **_Qualifications Require_**** _d_** * 焊接专业，本科以上学历； Bachelor degree or above major in welding; * 至少3年以上焊接技术岗位工作经验； Min. 3 years working experience in automotive welding process engineer position; * 熟悉气体保护焊、点焊和其他形式的焊接工艺、设备、夹具以及焊接质量要求等工作； Good knowledge and experience of arc welding, spot welding, projection welding processes, equipment, tooling and welding quality requirement; * 熟悉原始设备制造商的焊接技术规范，如SGM, FORD, SVW, TOYOTA, MAZDA 等； Be familiar with welding specifications of OEM, like SGM, FORD, SVW, OYOTA, MAZDA etc.; * 熟练掌握GD&T； Good understanding of GD * 能够使用常规的工具软件，如Autocad、Office软件； Capable of using office software to make report, presentation and so on; * 能熟练运用三大质量工具（PFMEA、APQP、PPAP）进行工艺设计以及质量策划； Good understanding of PFMEA 、APQP and PPAP for process design and quality plan; * 具备解决焊接现场的质量问题的能力； Capability of resolving welding quality issues on site; * 具备一定的英语沟通能力； English communication skills both speaking and writing; * 具有团队合作精神。 Good team work. ## **Awareness, Unity, Empowerment:** At Magna, we believe that a diverse workforce is critical to our success.
