Assembly Auditor- Off Shift (4:30pm-2:30am) Overview US Conec is seeking a detail-oriented Assembly Auditor to join our 3rd shift team in Fort Worth, TX. In this role, you’ll ensure the quality and accuracy of production kits by inspecting small parts and subassemblies according to AQL standards and internal procedures. You’ll work closely with production teams to identify defects, log inspection data, and support a defect-free product flow across the assembly floor. Responsibilities Inspect finished production kits and document disposition results Follow AQL standards and quality inspection procedures Update kit status in the database based on inspection outcomes Learn part-specific defects and tolerance levels to determine acceptability Notify Shift Lead of any quality concerns or inconsistencies Prioritize audits for expedited and same-day shipping requests Maintain a steady work pace without compromising quality Log production scrap and extra parts in designated tracking systems Record audit results in the audit tracker Transport audited kits to finished goods area Must Haves High school diploma or GED Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and database software Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals Strong written
