Must Have

Student or recent graduate of a Boeing Pre-Employment Training course certified for the 21203 Assembler Wire Group role, Ability to recognize colors, Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English, Ability to lift 35 pounds, Must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C. F. R. § 120.62 is required.

What You'll Do.

Cut and trim electrical wire

Construct wire bundles that connect electrical systems

Assemble shelves and panels

Ensure accurate and efficient assembly of components

Identify and address any discrepancies

Prepare products for delivery

Identify discrepancies and promptly inform the appropriate work groups

Make necessary adjustments to maintain proper machine operations

Facilitate part movement within the organization

and package finished products for transportation

Prepare kits of materials and components to support the manufacturing build process

Revise drawings and incorporate changes as needed

Operate with or without wire forming boards

Utilize information systems to track parts and manage work priority and sequencing

Perform mechanical tasks such as sealing

and decal installation

Use electrical testing instruments to conduct continuity checks and implement authorized changes

and build up plastic parts and fixtures

Operate shop equipment to finish and inspect parts

Apply protective materials and parting agents to molds

Notify supervisors of equipment failures and malfunctions

Make temporary molds and dams
