Full Job Description

## Responsibilities Perform pre-assembly and segregation of subcomponents. Assemble multi-layer, complex sub-assemblies—this is no cookie-cutter assembly line job! Operate a 50-tonne press (don’t worry, we’ll train you). Inspect components and materials to ensure quality and precision. Work from engineering drawings, schematics, and detailed work instructions to assemble cutting-edge energy systems. Use hand and power tools to bring our innovative products to life. Prioritize safety and attention to detail in everything you do. Contribute to other meaningful tasks that keep our production running smoothly. ## Qualifications Experience in a manufacturing environment—bonus points if it’s in a fast-paced or technical setting. The ability to follow complex work instructions. An understanding of safe work practices—safety is a top priority here. The physical ability to sit, stand, bend, and occasionally lift/move up to 50 lbs. Manual dexterity and great visual acuity for detailed work. Strong attention to detail Comfort using hand and machine tools with high accuracy. English fluency for effective communication and comprehension. A forklift or electric pallet truck license is a nice to have but not a must.
