3+ years of experience in aerospace, manufacturing, and fabrication, 1+ year of formal or informal leadership experience, 1+ year of experience with Velocity and 787 other production applications, 1+ year of experience with production assembly operations on electrical components, mechanical assemblies, subassembly, equipment, and accessories using manual or automated assembly tools, Ability to work 3rd shift

3+ years of experience in a lead role as either a team-builder or a team-leader

Assembler Team Lead **Company:** The Boeing Company **Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA)** is currently seeking an **Assembler Team Lead** to join the **Electrical Install Team** in **North Charleston, South Carolina** on**3rd shift.** The Team Lead will be responsible for, but are not limited to, performing tasks in the following areas: pre-shift planning, crew meetings, team status updates, labor loss, production control, training, process improvement and Lean/BPS.
