What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2+ years of hands-on experience in mechanical assembly for oil and gas equipment, demonstrated experience operating and troubleshooting special purpose machinery for completion tool manufacturing, exceptional ability to interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical instructions, lift up to 15kg, stand for extended periods, comfortable working in a dynamic manufacturing environment with exposure to machinery and tools
Nice to Have
proven proficiency in pressure testing, experience mentoring or leading a team in a technical environment is a asset

Our Completions Team partners with on-site operators and customers to provide support and guidance to ensure the capacity and value of the well is maximized to its full potential. **Partner with the best** As an Assembler - Mechanic Technician, you will be responsible for: * Performing complex assembly tasks for completion tools and equipment to the highest industry standards. * Leading or mentoring less-experienced assemblers and provide technical guidance on best practices. * Conducting advanced pressure testing and analyze results to ensure compliance with rigorous specifications and safety regulations. * Setting up, operating, and troubleshooting special purpose machines and sophisticated manufacturing equipment designed for completion tools. * Inspecting, testing, and calibrating completed assemblies to ensure proper function and quality standards. * Interpreting complex engineering drawings, schematics, and technical documents with accuracy and efficiency. * Documenting assembly processes and test results thoroughly, reporting findings and improvement ideas to management. * Championing all safety procedures and foster a culture of safety and accountability on the shop floor. **Fuel your passion** **To be successful in this role you will:** * Have a High school diploma or equivalent required; advanced technical or engineering training strongly preferred. * Have a minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience in mechanical assembly for oil and gas equipment, proven proficiency in pressure testing is plus. * Have demonstrated experience operating and troubleshooting special purpose machinery for completion tool manufacturing. * Have
