What You'll Do.
Verify and match quality requirements in manufacturing processes
Verify materials and solvents per BOM
and maintain work area
Inspect production for defects
Prepare production for packaging
Perform and participate in rework of non-conforming product
Handle packaging process per product specification requirements
Manage movement of finished product for packaging
Assemble components as required
Assist colleagues during breaks
Operate machinery when required
Organize and classify discarded material for recycling
Train and perform tasks of other positions
Prepare and print product labels per specification requirements
Sign labels of inspected product
Verify total count of production batch
Participate in protocol runs
Assist during line clearance in code changes
Sample and inspect manufactured product
Document defect results in Infinity QS system
Document required information manually or electronically
Deliver all documentation to Group Leader upon batch
Use electronic or manual system for verification of
Use required personal protective equipment
Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
Comply with Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
Comply with company rules and EHS regulations
Conduct continuous EHS inspections to identify and correct
Analyze EHS incidents to find causes and take
Participate in training of personnel in certification process
Communicate process deviations impacting operational metrics

Here, you will find more than just a job—you will find purpose and pride. **Shift E / Turno E (Weekend Night / Fin de Semana Noche** **545 p.m. a 615 a.m.)** **Tu Rol en Baxter** Responsable de verificar y cotejar que se cumplan con todos los requisitos de Calidad en los procesos de manufactura segun las especificaciones, SOPs y de acuerdo a las Buenas Practicas de Manufactura (GMP), Documentaci6n (GDP) y documentos aplicables vigentes. **Lo que estarás haciendo** * Verifica materiales y solventes según BOM. * Organizar, limpiar, sanitizar y mantener el área de trabajo según las normas y los estándares de producción y Sol 6S. * Inspecciona la producción para detectar defectos y lo preparara para el empaque de acuerdo con lo establecido en SOP Y SPECs. * Realizar y participa en los re-trabajos del producto no conforme. * Maneja el proceso de empaque según los requerimientos de la especificación de producto. * Responsable del movimiento del producto ya terminado para ser empacado. * Ensamblar componentes, según sea requerido. * Asistir durante los recesos de comida y descanso a sus compañeros. * Operar maquinaria cuando sea requerido (suplir los materiales, documentación parámetros y pruebas etc) según los Spec y SOP aplicables. * Organiza y clasifica todo material desechado pa
