In this role, you’ll perform semi-skilled assembly operations, applying precision techniques to produce high-quality components for our Solid-State and Power Products lines. ### What you’ll do * Apply thick-film printing techniques using screen printing equipment and conductive, non-conductive, and resistor pastes to produce ceramic substrates. * Operate high-temperature belt furnaces to fire pastes onto ceramic substrates. * Perform assembly operations under a microscope using soldering equipment and hand tools. * Use measurement equipment to ensure product requirements meet specifications. * Complete additional assembly tasks such as solder and epoxy die attach and hand-soldering leads to SSPCs. * Follow process layouts and procedures to determine assembly methods and sequences. * Identify and select components for integration into subassemblies and assemblies. * Perform rework and other duties as assigned; provide feedback and maintain accuracy. * Use a computer to access job-related information, drawings, and specifications. * Apply company policies and safety standards while striving to build knowledge and skills. ### What you need * High school diploma or GED (required). * 1–2 years of related assembly experience or training (preferred). * Certified hand soldering skills (
