Follows methods and sequence of operations in assembling cables, soldering, bonding, limited testing and manufacturing of transducers. Ability to follow procedures and drawings Job Duties Job Requirements * Acquire all established health and safety rules. * Acquire job skills and learn company policies and procedures to complete assigned tasks and adherence to production plan schedule while producing high quality products to standards. * Adhere to policy and procedures to maintain a safe and clean work environment. * Work on assignments that are routine in nature, requiring limited judgment. Has little or no role in decision-making. * Normally receives detailed instructions on all work. Work under close supervision. * Act as champion of the company’s Lean and Continuous Improvement programs. * Time and attendance are in accordance with company policies, procedures and work area schedule. * Complete work orders on schedule to ensure a constant flow of product and to maintain efficiencies. * Ability to sit for an extended amount of time * Ability to work under a microscope * Hand soldering * Read and interpret drawings, diagrams, work orders, procedures and follows verbal directions. * Quality Oriented * Computer literacy * Prepare product components and fixtures for assembly. * Performs bonding pro
