Over the years, we have designed, tested, and manufactured record setting and championship winning turbochargers for all racing organizations, as well as highly regarded Original Equipment Manufacturers from around the world. As we continue to expand our operations and product offerings, we want you to be a part of this journey. This position is for an entry level assembler to join our assembly team. The person hired will be expected to perform repetitive bench and assembly line operations to produce turbochargers and boost control products and prepare components for the production processes. This is a Monday through Friday day shift role with rare overtime required. Generous benefits package, 401k and paid time off are offered from first day of hire. What do we want to know about you? Minimum Qualifications: * High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: * Language Skills - Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization. * Mathematical Skills - Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
