Assembly requires the ability to read a blueprint and use various hand tools or machines to complete the specific build task. Working as part of a team and assisting others is essential in reaching expected production goals and quality standards. **Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:** * Reads work orders to understand scope and details of assignments. * Interprets basic blueprints and follows specific assembly instructions. * Ensures work cell is stocked with parts and may replenish cell from stock area as needed. * Sets up and operates a variety of production machines to fulfill duties, which could include soldering tool, microscope, drill, fill machine, part washer, sand blaster, magnet crane or other machines related to cable harness assembly. * Performs assembly duties which could include soldering, snipping, crimping, clamping etc. * May need to interpret megohmmeter and auto ranging microvolt meters. * Follows test procedures as required. * Checks for non-conforming material and completes required documentation. * Cleans and
